Your rent includes a fully furnished, luxury apartment, with access to whatever free resources your building offers. Utilities, however, are not included in your rent.
How much will my utilities cost per month? Which utilities are offered?
You will be offered a monthly utilities package, which varies depending on the type of apartment you choose. At minimum, each utility package includes: basic digital cable, unlimited local phone calls, high speed internet and electricity – all of which will be set up and ready for your use the day you move in. The monthly costs are $250 for studio apartments, $300 for one bedroom apartments and $350 for two bedroom apartments.
You can arrange for weekly or bi-weekly housekeeping: $75 for studios, $90 for one bedroom apartments and $125 for two bedroom apartments per cleaning.
