Your apartment features will include:
Kitchen: Stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, tea pot, cookware, dinner plates, glasses, silverware
Bath: Bath towels, hand towels, waste basket
Bedroom: Bed, mattress, bed linens, pillows, comforter, dresser, alarm clock
Living room: Sofa bed, TV, DVD, coffee table, end table, dining table or work area
Other items: Iron, ironing board, hangers, broom, dustpan, vacuum
Our typical minimum stay is 30 days; on occasion, however, we offer listings allowing weekly rentals.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Wire transfer, bank certified check, money orders and traveler’s checks.
Are you a broker?
We are a brokerage company as well as property managers. Since we manage most of the properties we rent, we will be your main point of contact throughout your stay.
